01How do I book a site visit?
Tap "Book free site visit" on the home page or any service page, share your location and preferred slot, and a manager will confirm within 24 hours.
02Is the site visit really free?
Yes. There's no charge for the visit, measurement or quotation — you only pay once you approve the quote.
03Which cities do you operate in?
We currently operate in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune, with more cities being added.
04Who does the actual painting work?
Our own in-house painters and supervisors — we don't subcontract to outside vendors.
05How do I pay?
An advance is collected online after you approve the quotation, with the balance due at agreed project milestones.
06What happens if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Every project goes through a quality checklist before handover. If anything doesn't meet the checklist, it's reworked at no extra cost before you sign off.
07Can I reschedule or cancel a site visit?
Yes, from your bookings page or by contacting support, with no charge if done before the visit is confirmed.
