The fine print, in plain words

  1. 01The warranty period starts on the date of project handover, once your final inspection is approved.
  2. 02Coverage applies to workmanship and material failures — not to damage from structural movement, new water ingress from untreated areas, or physical impact.
  3. 03The exact warranty for your project is stated in your quotation and activated at handover; the periods above are the standard maximums per package.
  4. 04Warranty service is free within the covered scope — inspection, materials and labour included.
  5. 05The warranty is tied to the property and survives a change of ownership within the period.

Warranty questions

01How do I raise a warranty claim?

Raise an issue from your project page or the Contact page with a photo of the problem. A supervisor inspects within 7 working days and schedules the repair.

02Will a warranty repair repaint the whole wall?

We repair to match — if a patch repair can't blend with the surrounding finish, we repaint the affected wall surface.

03Does repainting by someone else void the warranty?

Yes, work by another party on the covered surface ends coverage for that surface, since we can no longer stand behind the preparation underneath.
